REFUND POLICY
Refunds may be issues for the following reasons. Note, exclusions may apply to certain circumstances. Order arrived broken / Wrong order or slime received / Missing packages * If shipping has been marked as delivered you will need to open an investigation via NZPOST.
Refunds are not issues for the following reasons. - No longer in need or product / Deciding to cancel order post shipment / Scent preference as scents are subjective to the customer / Customer over activates the slime by not following included care card / Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped / Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by customer.
Returns are not accepted once the original shipping packaging has been opened.
